A commercial mixed used complex that seeks to become a haven and an attraction at the same time.
The two main concepts of the project are :
1- Visibility i.e. Creating architecture that stands out from the highway employed through a dynamic facade
2- The concept of the street & the urban plaza
By splitting the volume into 2, we were able to create an internal plaza that becomes a breathing space within the project.
Using aluminum fins for the facade in a dynamic design , the project seeks to attract drivers from the nearby highway at eye catching speed
