In this project, we opted to maximize and highlight the unique site conditions and use it to the clients’ advantage. A house for entertainment yet cozy enough and catered to the needs of this family of 5; giving them enough space for their privacy and comfort which includes a private back terrace with a BBQ area for family gatherings, a playroom for the 3 kids to enjoy and a private upstairs living room for family quality time.
A front yard was also designed as an entertainment zone with a bar and plenty of space to host gatherings. The long reception area was furnished in an open plan direction to maximize seating space and allow visual connection to create one big connecting salon area with a TV and chimney on the main wall.
