The design of this penthouse was inspired from its location and the environment surrounding it. Located in a beautiful summer town of Yaafour, in a compound, this penthouse is overlooking gardens and a beautiful fountain that all villas are built around. The sunlight that floods into the space was what inspired us to go for earthy tones and calm colors to create this summer house feeling. Travertine Navona walls wrap around the house creating the perfect background to host the main elements in the residence. A fireplace was created in the formal living room for cozy nights in and a terrazzo wall unit for the family room. The lighting in the ceiling leads us from one space into the other as it continues in and out of the rooms. The outdoor terrace is what makes this penthouse very special; we created an outdoor dining area with different seating spaces to relax and enj0y the view.
